Eric Cope

Eric Cope is an accomplished lighting design professional with extensive experience in both educational and industry settings. Currently serving as an Exhibit Lighting Designer at Freeman Company since November 2023, Eric has previously held positions at the same company as Manager of Lighting Design and Project Designer. Prior roles include Assistant Professor of Entertainment Lighting and Media Production at Louisiana State University and Resident Lighting Designer at New Harmony Theatre. Eric has also contributed as a Lighting Designer at T. Schreiber Studios and operated Eric Cope Lighting Design, offering freelance services.
