Janet Dell is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chief Executive Officer at Freeman Company since March 2018, Janet oversees global business operations and drives strategic initiatives. Previously, Janet held the title of EVP, Chief Growth Officer, where focus was placed on digital strategy adaptation and enhancing customer interactions. Janet's tenure at Marsh included roles such as Chief Operating Officer for Global Sales, responsible for a vast sales force and delivering significant annual sales. Additionally, roles at Harris and Marsh ClearSight highlight expertise in client experience and product management. Janet holds a BBA in Finance, Investment & Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
