Jared Hair

Jared Hair currently serves as a Talent Manager at Freeman Company since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jared was the Senior Manager of Learning Development at FirstKey Homes from October 2021 to September 2023. Jared's extensive experience at GEICO spanned over a decade, where positions included Sr. Manager of Leadership Development Programs, Talent Management Lead, Management Development Program Lead, and Customer Service Supervisor, beginning as a Customer Service Representative. Earlier professional endeavors included serving as Programming & Event Manager at the David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts and as an Administrative Assistant with the Tampa Bay Rays. Jared holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication with a focus on Advertising from the University of South Florida and attended Florida State University.
