Jay Fraga has extensive experience in operational leadership within the event services industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Freeman Company since June 2015, Jay has held progressive roles including Operations Manager and Assistant Director of Operations. Prior to this, Jay worked at Willwork, Inc. Exhibit and Event Services for 15 years as the New England Operations Manager, overseeing a workforce of up to 100 individuals, including managers, supervisors, and union personnel. Earlier experience includes a wholesaler support position at Putnam Investments from June 1997 to June 2000.
