Jennifer Cox

Jennifer Cox serves as the Vice President of the Program Management Office at Freeman Company since December 2018, after holding the position of Senior Director of Sales Enablement Programs. Prior to this, Jennifer was with First American Payment Systems from February 2010 to 2018, where roles included Vice President of Program Management, overseeing the Enterprise PMO, and leadership in software development life cycle and project management. Jennifer also contributed to product launches and led key initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Sprint from 1999 to 2010, where responsibilities encompassed supporting the Sprint/Nextel merger and managing a team of implementation project managers. Authoring strategic projects and fostering client relationships marked Jennifer's tenure at Sprint. Jennifer began the career at Dun & Bradstreet from 1992 to 1999, progressing from Senior Education Consultant to Information Consultant. Jennifer holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
