Melissa Kizziar

Melissa Kizziar, PHR, currently serves as HR Operations Manager at Freeman Company since January 2022, and previously held roles as Lead HR Generalist and Chief of Staff. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Kosmos Energy from May 2018 to December 2021 as HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist, HR Generalist, and Executive Assistant to the CHRO. Additionally, Melissa gained experience as an Executive Assistant at NGP Energy Capital Management from July 2015 to May 2018. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University–Central Texas and an Associate of Science from Dallas College North Lake Campus.
