Melvin Ellis

Melvin Ellis possesses extensive experience in various roles within the technology and customer service sectors. Currently a Senior Solutions Architect at Freeman Company since June 2012, Melvin has held multiple positions, including Application Development Manager and Digital Services Project Manager. Prior to Freeman Company, Melvin served as an Assistant Manager at Walgreens, where responsibilities included employee training in money-handling and customer service, inventory management, and conflict resolution. Additionally, Melvin worked as an Assistant House Manager at Child and Family Tennessee, focusing on staff management and budget oversight, and held various roles at Hilton Worldwide, which involved account reconciliation and customer service. Melvin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in African-American/Black Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2008.
