Michele Phillips has extensive experience in the events and sales management industry, currently serving as the Director of Resource Management at Freeman Company since September 2010. In this role, Michele has successfully increased revenue by $6 million through strategic sales campaigns and effective communication with senior leadership. Previously, as the Regional Director of Client Development, Michele led a team of 13 to achieve a revenue increase of $2 million, and as the Assistant Director of Client Development, Michele secured a four-year contract with the Walt Disney World Account while exceeding sales revenue goals.
