Tom Donahue

Tom Donahue serves as the Benefits Manager at Freeman since January 2007, where responsibilities include collaborating with consultants and vendors to provide cost-effective benefit plans for over 5,000 full-time employees in the Exhibitor Services industry. Donahue has been nominated four times for Freeman’s “Star of Excellence” award for exemplary customer service. Prior roles include HR Consultant at Electronic Data Systems from 2001 to 2004, where oversight of a six-member team involved resolving escalated issues for 80,000 participants and contributing to outsourcing efforts for Benefits Administration. Earlier experience includes serving as Account Manager for Large Group Sales at Sierra Health Services from 1999 to 2001, focusing on the retention and renewal of various health plans and managing a team dedicated to client relations. Tom Donahue holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lewis University.
