Currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Freemodel since October 2024, JJ McCarthy oversees sales and marketing while driving company-wide alignment on key growth metrics. Previously, as Head of Product at Overmoon, JJ McCarthy led the rollout of a new listing optimization framework that significantly increased year-over-year conversion rates. At HomeLight, in the role of SVP of Product & Design, JJ McCarthy successfully launched the Simple Sale marketplace, achieving rapid revenue growth and contributing to a notable Series C valuation. JJ McCarthy founded PropertyWalk, innovating in the real estate space, and held key leadership positions at eBay, where responsibilities included leading the eBay Partner Network and integrating strategic acquisitions.
