Eric Kena

Eric Kena currently serves as the Director of SEC Reporting, SOX Compliance, and Technical Accounting at Freenome since September 2023. Previously, Eric held the position of Senior Director at Myovant Sciences, focusing on financial reporting, SOX compliance, and technical accounting from August 2021 to July 2023. Prior roles include Director and Associate Director at Cutera, Inc., where responsibilities included financial reporting and SOX 404 compliance, as well as a progression at PwC as an Assurance Manager and at Deloitte in various audit roles. Eric began his career as a Senior Mining Geologist at Gold Fields and has academic credentials including an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
