Todd Van Fleet

Todd Van Fleet is the current Chief Financial Officer at Freeosk. Todd has also served as the CFO at Strike Social from February 2018 to January 2019. Prior to that, they were a Vice President and Partner at First Analysis from May 2002 to November 2015. In this role, they developed a comprehensive and unique perspective of the capital markets while working with business models in various stages. Todd began their career in financial services as an Associate at Duff & Phelps from January 1999 to December 2002. In this role, they provided fairness and solvency opinions for M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, and recapitalizations. Todd also conducted valuations for privately held companies for stock option issuance and estate planning purposes. Prior to that, Todd was a Consultant in the Executive Compensation Practice at Aon Hewitt from January 1996 to December 1999. Todd also founded and was the Managing Partner of Van Fleet Capital Strategies, LLC from January 1994 to December 1996.

Todd Van Fleet received their MBA in finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and their B.S. in mathematics from Marquette University.

They work with Matt Bouyea - Chief Revenue Officer, Tony Koenigsknecht - Co-Founder & COO. Their manager is Matt Eichorn, Co-Founder, President & CEO.
