Nicolas Blanc is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and retail operations. As a co-founder of RealStep and project manager at Freepackers since September 2019, Nicolas has been instrumental in developing sustainable projects globally and advising individuals on their international initiatives. Additionally, Nicolas co-owns AmoVino from January 2018 to the present. Prior to these roles, Nicolas honed leadership and sales skills at Levi Strauss & Co. over an eleven-year period, where responsibilities included managing store operations, recruitment, training, and sales team performance. Nicolas began a career in retail with Billabong in 2016 and has significant experience in sales and team management developed through various positions at Levi Strauss & Co. Nicolas holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and Management from Institut Carrel, completed in 2007.
