Darren Xu

Darren Xu is an experienced European Power Analyst currently working at Freepoint Commodities since January 2018, focusing on European Power Markets. Prior to this role, Darren held a similar position covering CWE power markets at Centrica Energy from July 2014 to January 2018. Darren's early career included a role as a Graduate Quantitative Analyst at Mott MacDonald during a six-month off-cycle internship in civil engineering. Educationally, Darren holds both an MEng and a BA in Information and Computer Engineering from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2014.
