Howard Lam

Howard Lam is an experienced energy trader with a robust background in European power and gas markets. Currently serving as an European Energy Trader at Freepoint Commodities since November 2018, Lam previously held the position of European Power Trader at Hartree Partners from May 2016 to September 2018. Earlier in the career, Lam spent over a decade at Morgan Stanley, where roles included European Power Trading, UK Power and Gas Scheduling/Trading, and Oil Market Analyst. Howard Lam holds two Master’s Degrees from the University of Cambridge, one in Manufacturing Engineering and another in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
