Mark Benson

Mark Benson has over 14 years of experience in the commodities sector, currently serving as Associate Director at Freepoint Commodities since January 2009, where strategic planning and implementation of initiatives for the growth of Commodities & Currencies businesses are key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Head - Commodities at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from January 2002 to December 2005, where Mark was instrumental in establishing the commodities trading business and setting up mandi branches in key commodity hubs. Mark holds a Chartered Accountant degree in Accounting and Finance from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, earned between 1994 and 1999.
