Sandy C. currently serves as the Board Secretary for the Phoenix Committee on Foreign Relations (PCFR) and as a Government Relations Advisor at Freeport-McMoRan since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Innovation Manager for the Salt Lake City Innovation Team and Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff & Global Affairs Advisor in the Office of the Mayor of Salt Lake City from January 2020 to December 2021. From August 2013 to September 2018, Sandy was a Senior Associate at the Kissinger Institute on China and the United States within the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. Sandy holds an MSc in International Affairs from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Master of Science in International Relations and Affairs from Peking University.
