Joe Heredia

Joe Heredia is an experienced product manager specializing in smart buildings at Freespace since September 2022. Previously, Joe served as a technical manager at Trackit247 Ltd from January 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing a live GPS tracking solution and overseeing technical support while also designing marketing materials. Joe's career began with an IT apprenticeship at Capita Managed IT Solutions from August 2015 to December 2016, focusing on customer communications and technical repairs. Additionally, Joe gained early experience as a customer service representative at Yazaki Europe in June and July 2014, configuring laptops and assessing warranty claims. Joe completed the Capita Apprenticeship in 2016 and graduated from The Cavendish School in 2015.
