Fredrik's early career included positions as a VoIP Technician and Support Technician at Bahnhof AB, as well as a Support Technician at Helpdesk Data, gaining extensive experience in IP-telephony systems and technical support across various platforms. Fredrik holds educational credentials from Mälardalen University and Dalarna University.
