Artyom Astafurov

Artyom Astafurov has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles and positions. Artyom is currently the Product Engineer and Co-Founder at Freespeech, where they focus on translating and publishing daily video addresses for the President of Ukraine. Previously, they worked as an Engineering Leader at Facebook AI, where they led a team responsible for developing machine learning libraries and tools. Prior to that, they served as the VP Engineering at Neu.ro, where they oversaw the product engineering and consulting engagements, and as the VP Engineering at Opentrons Labworks Inc., where they managed the software development for a robotics startup. Artyom also had extensive experience at DataArt, initially as a Software Developer and later as an Engineering Manager and Managing Partner. Additionally, they were an early investor and consultant at Titan Aerospace, contributing to their go-to-market strategy and technology consulting efforts.

Artyom Astafurov pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at ITMO University from 2000 to 2006.
