Michael Ireland has worked in a variety of roles in the sales and service industry. From 2022 to present, they have been employed at Freespira, Inc. as the VA Area Sales Director and Government Account Manager. From 2015 to 2022, they were employed at Tactile Medical as the Northeast Area Government Accounts Manager, Northeast Regional VA manager, Product Specialist, and Associate Product Specialist. From 2012 to 2015, they were employed at General Motors as a Certified Consultant. From 2010 to 2012, they were employed at Dorschel Automotive Group as a Rustproofing consultant and tech.

Michael Ireland has a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/ Bible from First Bible Baptist College, which they obtained between 2010 and 2014. Michael also attended GMC Training Program between 2012 and 2015, where they obtained a Certified Service Consultant degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Additionally, they attended General Motors between 2013 and 2015 and obtained a Technology Expert degree in GMC Buick and Chevy certified technology expert.
