Mike D. is the current Chief Revenue Officer at Freethink Media. Prior to that, they were an independent consultant from July 2017 to August 2018, during which time they served as Principal. Before that, they were with Hanover Research from July 2007 to April 2017, where they held the position of Vice President, Enterprise.

At Hanover Research, Mike led the Market Insight Center, which served business development, marketing, and strategy executives with custom research support under an annual partnership. The team of 250+ professional analysts helped clients expand into new markets, develop new products or services, and better serve existing customers. The division Mike led was Hanover’s fastest growing and had nearly 400 clients.

The American Marketing Association named Hanover the 31st largest and 4th fastest growing among 3500 international, for-profit research firms in their “Gold Global Top 50” report. Hanover was also named top 20 among DC’s fastest growing companies by the Washington Business Journal.

Mike has a proven record of using data to diagnose inefficiencies, increase conversion rates, and decrease sales cycle times. Mike is adept at managing all phases of the sales lifecycle, including defining territory strategy, creating marketing collateral, and achieving sales goals. Mike also has experience serving and renewing a diverse range of clients.

Mike D. has a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Virginia where they were a Rodman Scholar. Mike also has an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Marshall High School.

They are on a team with Robert Chapman-Smith - VP, Editor in Chief, John Erik Sunder - Managing Director, Demand Generation & Partnership Operations, and Jason Mayfield - VP & CTO. Mike D. reports to Chandler Tuttle, Co-Founder & CEO.
