Ben Pariser is a Partner in the Housebuilding and Strategic Land team at Freeths LLP. With extensive experience working for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developers, as well as local authorities and housing associations, Ben has developed a strong expertise in drafting and negotiating various development agreements. Previously, Ben served as a Partner at Clarke Willmott LLP and Shoosmiths, and held an Associate position at DAC Beachcroft LLP specializing in real estate. Ben completed an LLB in Law and LPC at The University of Sheffield and began their educational journey at St Albans School.
