Beth Freeman

Beth Freeman is an Associate in Property Litigation at Freeths LLP, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Beth served as a Trainee Solicitor at Forbes Solicitors from June 2017 to September 2022, gaining experience in various areas such as Housing Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Employment, Clinical Negligence/Personal Injury, and GDPR. Prior to the training contract, Beth worked as a Paralegal in the Asset Management section of the Housing and Regeneration (Litigation) Department at Forbes Solicitors, managing caseloads and providing legal advice to social housing providers. Additionally, multiple mini pupillages were completed at Parklane Plowden Chambers, KCH Garden Square, and New Park Court Chambers, offering exposure to diverse civil and criminal law matters. Academic qualifications include a Legal Practice Course (LLM) from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Leeds Beckett University.
