Catherine Bell

Catherine Bell is a Director at Freeths LLP, specialising in clinical negligence claims with a focus on brain injury, sensory loss, and birth injury claims since February 2016. With a proven record of achieving multi-million pound settlements in high value complex cases, Catherine also serves as Vice Chair and Board Trustee at Different Strokes Charity since October 2016. Previously, Catherine held positions as Senior Solicitor and Solicitor Advocate at Bolt Burdon Kemp from May 2010 to January 2016, specialising in similar areas of clinical negligence, and completed a traineeship at Blake Lapthorn from 2008 to 2010. Catherine's educational background includes a BA(Hons) in Accounting & Law from The University of Manchester, an LLM in Human Rights Law from the University of Leicester, and an LPC from BPP Law School.
