Ciara Sweeney

Ciara Sweeney is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in property transactions, particularly in development work for both private and public sectors, as well as estate management and Landlord and Tenant Act matters. Currently serving as a Director at Freeths since August 2018, Ciara has previously held positions as a Senior Associate and Associate at Pinsent Masons and as an Associate Solicitor at Hempsons, where a career in property law began in 2002 following a training contract at Forbes Solicitors. Ciara's expertise includes managing Landlord and Tenant matters, facilitating acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, providing estate management advice, and handling GP-related legal agreements.
