Ed Hall

Ed Hall is a partner at Freeths LLP, specializing in banking and finance with a focus on real estate finance and corporate banking, particularly for alternative lenders and clearing banks. With extensive experience in development finance, Ed has advised a diverse range of clients, including corporate and lender clients across various jurisdictions. Previously, Ed served as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Positive View Foundation, an arts charity supporting disadvantaged youth in London. Prior roles include Director at Gowling WLG, where Ed guided both lenders and borrowers through complex finance transactions, and in-house counsel at GE Capital UK. Ed's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Cardiff University and an Erasmus year in Italian law at Università di Pavia.
