Guy Winfield serves as a Real Estate Partner at Freeths LLP, having begun this role in September 2001. With expertise in development and investment transactions, Guy played a significant role in the redevelopment of Newark Town Centre, which included a new Asda supermarket, retail units, a pharmacy, a medical centre, and a bus station. Additionally, Guy has worked with various local authorities and fire authorities on numerous projects involving both development and acquisitions. Guy earned a BA and MA in Law from the University of Cambridge and completed further studies at Nottingham Law School.
