James Dyson

James Dyson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in banking and debt restructuring transactions. Currently serving as a Partner at Freeths LLP since June 2016, James previously held the position of Senior Associate at Gateley LLP from September 2005 to May 2016, where responsibilities included advising borrowers, banks, and financial institutions. Within Gateley LLP, James also served as an Associate and Solicitor, with a notable secondment to The Royal Bank of Scotland's Global Restructuring Group.
