John Flathers is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law. Currently serving as a Partner at Freeths LLP since August 2019, John previously owned and led the Real Estate departments at Irwin Mitchell, where notable roles included Head of Real Estate for both the Birmingham and Leeds offices, as well as Joint National Head of Real Estate in an interim capacity. Prior to this, John gained foundational experience as a Solicitor at Faegre & Benson LLP and as a Trainee Solicitor at Pinsent Masons. Educational credentials include an LLB Hons degree in Law from the University of Leeds and prior schooling at The Friary School and Lichfield Cathedral School.
