Jonathan Barber

Jonathan Barber is an experienced professional in the recruitment industry, currently serving as a Recruitment Manager at Freeths since June 2025. Prior to this role, Jonathan operated as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at LHH from March 2022 to June 2025, and worked as a Legal Recruiter and Senior Consultant at Badenoch + Clark from July 2020 to April 2022. Jonathan also held positions as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant at Law Staff Legal Recruitment between July 2015 and June 2020, contributing to East Anglia’s largest independent legal recruitment agency.
