Mark Emery

Mark Emery is an experienced legal professional with a focus on Employment Law. Currently serving as a Consultant at Bexley Beaumont and Freeths LLP since May 2020 and September 2017 respectively, Mark also holds the position of Employment Judge at the Central London Employment Tribunal since February 2011. Previous experience includes serving as a Partner at Royds Withy King from July 2011 to August 2017 and Bindmans LLP from January 2001 to December 2010, where Mark began as an Assistant Solicitor and was promoted through the ranks. Early legal training included roles at Kennedys LLP from 1995 to 1999. Mark Emery graduated from The University of Sheffield in 1988 and specializes in advising on a wide range of employment-related disputes and policy drafting.
