Mohammed Abbas

Mohammed Abbas is a Partner in the private equity and M&A team at Freeths LLP, specializing in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, group reorganizations, and general corporate matters. They previously held positions as Director of M&A and Mid-Market Private Equity, and Corporate Managing Associate at Freeths, and served as Corporate Senior Associate. Mohammed obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a focus on Law and Business from The University of Birmingham, as well as a DISTINCTION in the Legal Practice Course from the College of Law Birmingham. Their academic foundation also includes A Levels in Business, Law, and English Literature, and multiple GCSEs from Moseley School.
