Mukesh Patel

Mukesh Patel is a seasoned legal professional specializing in commercial disputes, currently serving as the Managing Partner of Freeths LLP in Leicester since November 2008. With extensive experience in handling contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder claims, injunctions, restrictive covenant issues, professional negligence claims, and insurance indemnity matters, Mukesh adopts a pragmatic and client-focused approach to achieve favorable commercial outcomes while acknowledging the complexities and costs associated with litigation. Prior to Freeths LLP, Mukesh was the Head of Commercial Litigation at HBJ Gately Wareing from August 2000 to November 2008 and served as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at Davies Arnold Cooper between September 1991 and July 2000. Mukesh holds a BA in Jurisprudence from Corpus Christi College, Oxford University and completed the Law Society Finals at the College of Law in London.
