Oliver Jackson is a highly experienced insolvency and restructuring lawyer with over 18 years in the field. Currently a Partner at Freeths LLP since April 2016, Oliver advises a diverse range of stakeholders in insolvency matters, including practitioners, debtors, creditors, corporate clients, and major financial institutions. Previously, Oliver served as the Head of Insolvency and Restructuring at Nabarro LLP in Sheffield and Manchester from September 2012 to April 2016, and worked as a Senior Associate in the Business and Restructuring and Insolvency team at Hogan Lovells from February 2008 to August 2012, handling significant transactions such as that of Luminar Group Holdings Plc. Oliver began the legal career as a Solicitor at Squire Sanders from August 2005 to February 2008. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Criminology and completed the Legal Practice Course at The University of Sheffield.
