Rena Magdani

Rena Magdani has over 25 years of experience in the legal field, specializing in employment, pensions, and immigration law. Rena is currently a Partner & National Head of Employment, Pensions & Immigration at Freeths LLP, where they have been since April 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Partner & Head of Employment at Freeths LLP's Leicester office from April 2008 to March 2021. Before joining Freeths LLP, Rena worked as a Managing Associate at the same firm from May 2006 to March 2008. Rena began their career at Edge Ellison (now Squire Patton Boggs) as an Associate from September 1996 to August 2000, and then joined Browne Jacobson LLP as a Senior Associate from September 2000 to May 2006.

Rena Magdani's educational history includes studying Law (LLB) Hons 2:1 at the University of Leicester. Rena further pursued their studies at the College of Law in Guildford, where they completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction.
