Su Garner is a seasoned Restructuring and Insolvency Partner with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently at Freeths since February 2024, Su specializes in non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters, assisting companies, directors, insolvency practitioners, and lenders facing financial challenges. Prior to this role, Su was a Partner at Knights from June 2021 to November 2023, focusing on both contentious and non-contentious restructuring matters. Additionally, Su served as a Legal Director at Gateley Plc from August 2008 to June 2021, where responsibilities included advising on various corporate recovery issues, including formal insolvency appointments and security matters.
