Vicki Simpson

Vicki Simpson has a strong background in HR, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Vicki started their career in 1999 as an HR Officer at MMS and then moved on to become an HR Manager at Screwfix in 2003. In 2004, they joined Games Workshop as an HR Adviser before transitioning to Freeths LLP in 2005. At Freeths LLP, Vicki started as an HR Officer and was later promoted to HR Manager. Currently, they are the Associate Director HR, responsible for all aspects of HR within the group, including employee relations, recruitment, diversity, and training & development. Vicki's expertise also extends to areas such as TUPE, contract harmonization, grievance, disciplinary, and redundancy.

Vicki Simpson attended Glasgow Caledonian University from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Prior to their time at the university, there is no information available regarding Vicki's education.
