Corrine Malcolm is a versatile coach, podcast host, writer, and editor with a rich background in athletics and science. They served as a columnist for iRunFar.com, crafting detailed articles for the running community, while also working for Carmichael Training Systems, where they coached athletes to achieve their goals. Corrine was a national team athlete for US Biathlon and has competed professionally in trail running, securing titles like the 50-mile national champion. Currently, they are the Editor-in-Chief at Freetrail, where they focus on content creation and promoting trail culture, alongside being a professional athlete with adidas TERREX. Corrine holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Physiology from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Montana State University-Bozeman.
