James has held positions in companies such as Freeways, Leonard Cheshire, Brandon Trust, and Oakbank Residential Home. Prior to their management roles, James also worked as a Cabin Crew Line Trainer and Cabin Manager at easyJet. James completed their GCSE degree at Wyvern Secondary School.
