Aaron Friedman

Aaron Friedman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Aaron is currently working at FreeWheel as a Lead Software Engineer in the Video Integrations Team. Prior to this, they were a Senior Software Engineer in the same team.

Before joining FreeWheel, Aaron worked as a self-employed Indie Android Developer, where they developed an Android app called Instrutune for tuning instruments. Aaron used various technologies and patterns like TarsosDSP for frequency detection and RxJava for data flow management.

Earlier in their career, Aaron worked at Conduent as a Systems Analyst, where they automated tasks using Python scripts and GUI apps. Aaron also managed the transition of EDI transactions from one standard to another, ensuring a seamless payment process.

Before Conduent, Aaron was a Claims Supervisor at Xerox, where they supervised two teams responsible for data entry and medical claims processing. Aaron also monitored OCR claims processing and consistently achieved high performance.

Aaron's professional journey started at ACS, where they worked as a Claims Associate. Aaron processed medical claims according to guidelines and also performed backup data entry duties.

Aaron Friedman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Radio and Television from San Francisco State University from 1999 to 2003. In 2019, they also received certification as a Triplebyte certified Android Engineer from Triplebyte.
