Prior experience includes managerial roles at Rand McNally, where responsibilities encompassed technology development and online operations, and positions at CNA Insurance and Cendant Corporation, focusing on business process management and e-commerce enhancements. Jim began the professional journey as a Senior Consultant at Accenture and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
