Peter Armstrong

Vice President, Globalization Strategy at FreeWheel

Peter Armstrong has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Peter started their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at MBNA America in 1993 and later served as a Financial Systems Manager at GMAC Mortgage Corporation from 1994 to 1996. Following this, they worked as a Systems Architect at Electronic Data Systems from 1996 to 1999.

From 1999 to 2003, Peter held managerial and senior consultant roles at Deloitte & Touche, where they led sales, planning, and delivery of multiple ERP deployments and large-scale organizational transformations. Peter then joined Deloitte Consulting LLP as a Senior Manager from 2003 to 2006, where they continued to lead ERP deployments, organizational transformations, and developed advanced financial reporting and analytics solutions.

Peter served as the Chief Operations Officer at Preferred Real Estate Investments, Inc from 2006 to 2007 before joining Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager in 2008. At Ernst & Young, they led sales, planning, and delivery of ERP deployments, as well as large-scale organizational transformations.

In 2010, Peter joined Comcast as the Vice President of Enterprise Business Intelligence until 2019. During this time, they also took on the role of Vice President of Comcast Global Audit from 2019 to 2023. Peter is currently working at FreeWheel as the Vice President of Globalization Strategy, starting in July 2023.

Additionally, Peter has served as an Adjunct Professor at Villanova University in 2013. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in areas such as ERP deployments, organizational transformations, and financial reporting and analytics.

Peter Armstrong graduated from Villanova University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
