Anna Dekle

Anna Dekle has worked in various roles in the business intelligence and consulting sectors since 2015. Anna began their career as an intern for Greenpeace in 2015, where they worked on an effort to convert Durham Public Schools from using non-renewable energy to using 100% renewable energy. In 2016, they interned for Fit For 90, playing a pivotal role in the design and creation of a 'Player Recovery App' to help minimize overuse injuries in athletes. In 2017, they interned for BrainX, participating in intensive training focused on emotional intelligence and sales, providing feedback regarding a pilot sales training program, and conducting sales calls for various companies. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Novantas, starting as an Associate Consultant, then Lead Associate, and finally Senior Associate. In 2020, they began working at FreeWill, where they have held the roles of Business Intelligence Manager, Business Intelligence Lead, Special Projects Lead, and Director of Special Projects.

Anna Dekle attended C.E. Jordan High School from 2010 to 2014. Anna then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Haverford College, which they completed in 2018. During their time at Haverford, they also spent a semester at UCL studying Psychology and a semester at the University of Pennsylvania studying Operations, Information, and Decisions.
