Bianca M.

Bianca M. has a diverse work experience that spans from 2017 to 2022. In 2017, Bianca worked as a Quality Assurance Coordinator and STEM Brasil PiLA Fellow for Educando by Worldfund. In this role, they oversaw data collection of 10 years worth of school performance data for over 700 participating STEM Brasil schools, mapped all internal processes for STEM Brasil in order to determine quality benchmarks and improvement areas, and launched STEM Brasil's communication line for trainers and teachers. From 2019 to 2022, Bianca worked for Pipefy as a Data Analyst, Junior Data Analyst, and Sales Development Representative. In this role, they developed sales opportunities by identifying and qualifying inbound leads, partnered with Account Executives to help fill Pipefy's sales pipeline, and answered and qualified incoming web inquiries regarding their platform. Currently, Bianca is working as a Business Intelligence Associate for FreeWill, where they are analyzing historical churn trends to identify the main drivers of logo churns, downsells and product churns, integrating external systems with Looker, and collaborating with company leadership to identify the biggest opportunities to increase revenue growth.

Bianca M. graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2017 with a Bachelor's degree in Latin American & Latino Studies and a Minor in Mathematics. Bianca has also obtained several certifications, including Relational Databases Essential Training from LinkedIn in December 2022, Emotional Intelligence from Escola Conquer in April 2020, Inside Sales from Gama Academy in April 2020, Fundamentals of Data Science from Aldeia Coworking in October 2019, and Storytelling from Aldeia Coworking in October 2019.
