Ryan Chang

Ryan Chang possesses extensive experience in both education and freight management. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher since February 2018, Ryan also holds the position of Manager of Pricing and Contracts at Freight Management, Inc., where responsibilities include negotiating rates and contracts for clients and overseeing the audit department to enhance operational processes. Prior roles include Pricing Coordinator, reflecting a consistent focus on freight cost reduction and client advocacy. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University, Stanislaus, and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix.
