Tim Ponder

Tim Ponder has over 20 years of experience in the transportation and distribution industry. Tim began their career at Weber Distribution in 1989, where they served as the Director of Contract Warehouse Operations for almost a decade. In 1998, they joined TAB Distribution Warehouses as the Director of Distribution, where they successfully managed multiple distribution centers and oversaw the transition of ownership of warehouse operations. In 1999, Ponder moved to Freight Management, Inc., where they held various leadership roles, including General Manager and Vice President Global Operations. In these roles, they managed multi-million dollar budgets, developed operational best practices, and cultivated customer relationships. Tim was later promoted to Executive Vice President, where they held complete P&L responsibility and led a team of direct reports in optimizing global transportation spend. Overall, Ponder has a proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving financial success in the transportation and distribution industry.

Tim Ponder attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics/Finance.
