Lance is a young entrepreneur, a self-taught grey hat hacker, and an early adopter of cryptocurrency. After having achieved success in the crypto scene, Lance joined Freightera in 2019 in the hope of also achieving his dream of creating software. Lance is one of the main contributors behind the success of Freightera's website. For many years in a row, he has been among the top three winners of the Freightera Hero Award, as voted by the whole company.
