Amjad Khalaf is currently the R&D Director at Freightos, where Amjad leads and inspires three high-performing R&D teams. As a Senior R&D Manager, Amjad drives growth within the Integrations Team and aligns their efforts with company goals. Previously, as an Integration Team Manager, Amjad fostered a culture of self-management and career development for their team. With a background as a Senior Software Engineer, Amjad played a crucial role in architecting and developing an innovative microservices-based integration layer. Prior to Freightos, Amjad worked as a Software Engineer at ASAL Technologies, leading and organizing various web projects from scratch. Amjad graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Birzeit University.
