John Gleeson

John Gleeson is an experienced logistics professional who has served as the Chief Executive Officer of FREIGHTPLUS PTY LTD since January 2000, specializing in out of gauge, RORO, and heavylift cargo. Prior to this, John held the position of Managing Director for Australia at Meadows Freight from November 1989 to December 1999, where the organization underwent a local management buyout and was later sold to a multinational company. John also contributed to the education sector as a part-time tutor and lecturer for the IATA FIATA Diploma at the New Zealand Maritime School from January 1993 to December 1994. John Gleeson holds an IATA FIATA Diploma with Distinction in Maritime Transport from the New Zealand Maritime School and completed education at St. Patrick's College and St Peter's College in New Zealand.
